Trojans 2nd half run dooms Tigers [UPDATED]

ROTHSAY — The Rothsay girls basketball team saw a second half surge by the visiting Barnesville Trojans end with a 48-33 loss.

Alexis Craig and Chelsie Lankow each had eight points for the Tigers.

Barnesville was able to apply tons of pressure on the Rothsay offense as they forced 28 turnovers in the game.

The Tigers will now prepare for Thursday’s Valkyrie Tournament in Pelican Rapids as they take on Park Rapids at 2 p.m.
