Kaylie Jo Kowalski and Jeffrey Richard Carl Risbrudt were married July 27, 2012, at Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church in Moorhead. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Kirk Militzer. A reception followed at the Minnesota State University Moorhead Ballroom.

Kowalski — Risbrudt [UPDATED]

Parents of the couple are Dan and Jolene Kowalski of Moorhea and Richard and Denise Risbrudt of Fergus Falls.flash

The bride’s sister Kelsey Kowalski was her maid of honor. The best man was Nicholas Risbrudt the groom’s brother.

The bridesmaids were Rochelle Kowalski, Lindsay Gietzen, Talya Tysver, Amanda Kavlie, Tara Carlson, Stephanie Quernemoen, Emma Lyons, Sarah Urlacher, and Lauren Nash.

Groomsmen were Kory Kowalski, Sam Gietzen, Brett Harmelink, Nate Jensen, Darin Rogness, Matt Gehrtz, Ben Bigaouette, Tyler Knutson and Luke Johnson. Ushers were Joe Kavlie, Chris Kjolhaug and Trevor Undseth.

Kaylie graduated in 2009 from Park Christian High School and was a 2011 graduate of Rasmusson College in Moorhead. She is currently working as a nurse in the endocrinology department at Sanford Clinic in Fargo.

Jeff graduated from Hillcrest Academy in 2007, Itasca Community College in 2009 and will graduate from Minnesota State University Moorhead in May 2013 with a math education degree.

Following a honeymoon to Jamaica the couple are making their home in Moorhead.
