December 5, 2012

The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners:

1. Called to order the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners meeting at 6:00 PM.

2. Approved payment of the County Board bills as follows.

3. Held Budget and Levy Public Hearing.

4. Established an agenda item for action on the final 2013 Budget and Levy at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2012.

5. Approved 1 Final Plat.

6. Denied the request of Diane Rogne for forgiveness of penalty, in the amount of $60.00, for parcel #16-000-99-0596-000, due to the fact that the reason does not fit within the written guidelines.

7. Appointed Chet Nettestad to the Probation Advisory Committee effective January 1, 2013 for a three year term.

8. Authorized Commissioners Johnson and Huebsch to attend a MIR3 Emergency Notification demonstration at the Pelican Rapids Fire Hall at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.

9. Offered a letter of support for Becker County Commissioner Barry Nelson’s candidacy on the Minnesota BWSR Board.

10. Adjourned at  7:45 PM.
