- N O T I CE -

The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners will receive bids until 4:30 p.m., Monday, January 7, 2013, in the office of the County Auditor, for the following printing requirements for the year 2013:

First and second legal publication of the Annual Financial Statement,

First and second legal publication of the Delinquent Tax List,

All legal public notices and all legal publications, to be published on dates directed, with the Commissioners Minutes to be published within seven day of receipt from the County Coordinator.

All Bids must be submitted by the time stated above, in a sealed envelope marked “bid for printing”.  The successful bidder for the first publication must present the County with a $1,000 printer’s bond prior to January 22, 2013.  Any publisher wishing to print any additional notices for the County must include a bid per S.A.U.
