Notice is hereby given that Otter Tail-Wadena Community Action Council, Inc. is in the process of dissolving. The corporation has filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Secretary of State and the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. The date of filing of said notices was October 12, 2012 and November 16, 2012, respectively. Written claims against the corporation must be presented to:
