PR health center accepts $2.3 million facility

The Pelican Valley Health Center has approved a letter of intent to accept the $2.3 million “gift” of the Good Samaritan assisted living facility, and moved remodeling plans for the health center to a back burner for now, according to The Press.

Essentially what the letter of intent does indicates the health center’s serious intentions while giving officials time to continue its research into the feasibility of accepting the facility.
