Otters fall to Cards at home

In their first home meet of the season, the Fergus Falls gymnastics team saw visiting Alexandria leave with a 136.45-118.1 win Friday evening.

“Overall we had a good night,” Otter coach Erin Larson said. “We saw quite a few season best and personal best scores.”

The Otters’ Chandler Frigaard was the top placer for Fergus as she finished in fourth overall with a score of 33.05.

Frigaard’s night saw her place third in the vault (8.35) and fourth in bars (7.55), beam (8.55) and the floor routine (8.6).

Laura Enderson competed for the first time in overall events and landed a sixth place finish with a 29.4 score, while teammate Camryn Appert followed with a 28.75 overall event score.

The Otters will be back on the road as they travel to take on Morris Area Tuesday at 6 p.m.
