Driver cited for driving wrong way
Published 11:06am Thursday, January 3, 2013Twenty-two-year-old Melisa Jarvi from Swatara, was found in a ditch on Interstate 94 eastbound near the highway 15 overpass.
Jarvi had been travelling the wrong direction on the Interstate for several miles.
She was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and driving the wrong way on a one-way street or freeway.
Beyer’s Towing towed the vehicle, and Jarvi was advised that she should could not leave the impound lot without a valid driver.
