One was cited and two suffered minor injuries in a vehicle accident at Peck Street and Pebble Lake Road Thursday.

Sandra Grace Torgerson, 70, of Fergus Falls was driving north on Pebble Lake Road when Annette Marie Bye, 63, of Fergus Falls pulled out in front of her in an attempt to turn left from Peck Street to Pebble Lake Road.

Torgerson was not able to stop in time and broadsided Bye. Both suffered minor injuries but refused ambulance transport.

Total damage to both vehicles exceeded $1,000, and Bye was cited for failure to yield. Bye claimed she thought Torgerson was turning left onto Peck Street.
