Complainants reported a 2002 Mazda Tribute heading east on Interstate 94 was wandering into the median at what the complainant thought was more than 100 MPH.

The suspect allegedly was speeding at more than 100 MPH at mile marker 27 on Interstate 94.

The vehicle wandered into the median and drove out from it and passed the complainant again at mile marker 33.

The vehicle again swerved into the median, drove through and was on the wrong side of the highwaybefore it returned to the eastbound lane.

The deputy found the vehicle at mile marker 41, where it was already stopped on the side of the road.

The suspect was arrested for driving under the influence. The police could not verify the name of the driver.
