Viking girls overcome mistakes, beat Morris

MORRIS — The Pelican Rapids girls were able to overcome 20 turnovers and a poor night at the charity stripe to defeat Morris 51-43 Tuesday.

Mackenzie Korf picked up a rare 19 point, 10 steal double-double, while sister Madison chipped in 13 points in the victory.

The Vikings will contine down the road as they take on Heart O’Lakes foe East Grand Forks Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
