Man sentenced for July 4 DWI [UPDATED]

A North Dakota man was sentenced to 120 days in jail for driving while under the influence of alcohol in Otter Tail County.lands

Tracey Lee Hauck, 34, of Richardton, N.D. was convicted of driving while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration of .10 on July 4.
