Scam reported in Fergus Falls [UPDATED]

A scam involving winning $7 million was reported in Fergus Falls.

Basil Nicholas Keller informed the Fergus Falls Police he received a phone call informing him he won $7 million and all he had to do to get his winnings was to send a money order in the sum of $600.

The complainant did not give out any other information. He called to inform law enforcement of the scam.
