FF man charged with 2 counts of drug sales [UPDATED]

A Fergus Falls man was charged Jan.9 for trying to sell methamphetamine to an undercover agent.

Scott Andrew Oppergard, 30, of Fergus Falls was arrested on Jan. 7, 2013 after allegedly attempting to sell an undercover West Central Drug Task Force Special Agent one-eighth of an ounce of methamphetamine for $420 at an apartment building in the Fergus Falls area, according to Otter Tail County court documents.

The defendant told the agent where they could pick up the narcotics, and went into an apartment to procure them, court records said. The defendant was arrested after the attempted sale.
