A male who was warming up his car Monday evening was mugged by two men as he left his apartment.

The crime happened between 9 and 9:30 p.m. at 129 1/2 East Lincoln/Cascade near an apartment complex, according to Fergus Falls Police. The victim had started his car, went inside, and went back outside when he was confronted by two males. One was a Hispanic man in his late 20s to mid 30s with a pock marked face.

The other suspect was a white male in his younger 20s and was holding a knife, but did not threaten the victim with it.

The Hispanic man asked the victim what he had on him. The victim gave the two the cash in his pocket, which equaled $26. The victim also had his driver’s license wrapped in the cash and was also taken.

The suspects then left south bound toward Lincoln. If anyone witnessed anything, please contact the Fergus Falls Police Department.
