Crossings by GrandStay honored [UPDATED]

The first award was given to honor the Perham hotel staff for their exceptional customer service. The 2012 Every Guest – Every Time Customer Service award recognizes the consistent high scores in both the electronic Guest Survey system and the brand Quality Assurance Evaluations.
The second award was the 2012 Crossings by GrandStay Property of the Year which honors the single best hotel property within the brand.
This award recognizes the efforts of the Perham hotel owners, manager and staff for delivering the very best service, cleanliness and accommodations above all others within the chain.
