With health benefits including improved strength, flexibility, muscle tone and weight loss, Tae Kwon Do is an activity from which anyone can benefit, and next weekend, Fergus Falls Tae Kwon Do will give area residents an opportunity to try this ancient martial art for free.attacks

WestRidge Mall will host a Demo Day Jan. 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is for people of all ages and will feature health-related guest speakers, exhibition sparring matches and demonstrations at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. along with mini demos throughout the day.

Girls and women will have the opportunity to learn how to better protect themselves at free Women’s Self Defense seminars scheduled from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
