Turn on your lights [UPDATED]

Rain, snow and sleet all (require drivers) to have the headlights on.

If your light bill is higher then it was this past summer it’s because of the shortened daylight hours, not because of your car headlights. You may be able to see the cars coming towards you but can they see you?

Just think the life you save could be your own.
