Car hits tree in Fergus Falls [UPDATED]

A car hit a tree Thursday evening, causing minor damages.

A police officer was heading east bound and saw a vehicle at 607 W. Cavour that looked like it was parked in front of a tree at about 9:30 p.m. The vehicle backed up quickly and continued east on Cavour.

Police stopped the vehicle and looked at the front of it.

The officer noticed some minor damages. The driver said he had hit the tree.

There were no arrests.
