Aasness Auctioneers garner several top honors [UPDATED]

At the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association Conference and Show, held in St Cloud, Jan. 17-19, the Aasness Auctioneers team received several top honors during the annual event.

In the showcase Auctioneer Championships event, held on Thursday evening, Cody Aasness was named the 2013 Rookie Champion Auctioneer. Cody is the son of Cary M. and Anita Aasness who are owners and founders of the company.

Also Tammy Tisland, who operates out of the company’s Bemidji office, finished as a top five finalist in Minnesota’s premier auctioneer championship event.

In addition, the company was honored to be awarded three top honors in the state association’s annual Advertising and Marketing contest.

Aasness Auctioneers swept the Farm marketing division winning all three divisions at the show including first place in the 2-color, multicolor and multicolor multisided poster divisions.
