The Fergus Falls High School girls bowling team traveled to Wadena on Sunday for their second meet of the season.

Central Northwest Conference leader St Cloud SW brought their undefeated 3-0 record into the first match of the day.

The teams traded wins for the first four games, and were knotted up at two a piece going into the deciding game five. The Fergus girls put together a clean, all-fill, 201 game, and earned the match win. For the match, Mary Gettel led the team with an 86 percent fill rate, with Emma Devorak at 70 percent, and Allison Krensing with 67 percent.

Consistent scores were the recipe for a 4-1 win against Wadena in match two, as the team averaged just under 170 for the five games. Devorak led with 91 percent, and Bethany Lund finished at 87 percent.

Fergus Falls set down St Cloud NE in the final match of the meet. After dropping the first game, they reeled off four straight wins to take the match 4-1, and earned a 3-0 sweep on the day. Gettel led match three at 87 percent, with Chantelle Ward at 86 percent, and Olivia Anderson with 62 percent.

The Fergus Falls High School girls will host the next meet at Northern Aire Lanes on Sunday at 12 p.m.
