Wife, neighbors not allowed to leave home [UPDATED]

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence east of Pelican Rapids near North Lake Lida after receiving a phone call from a wife who reported her husband was not allowing her and two nearby neighbors from leaving their residence, and was holding a knife.

A short time later the sheriff’s office arrived and took the husband into custody without incident.

No charges have been filed yet in the incident.
