YMCA hosts Frozen 5K
Published 10:58am Wednesday, January 30, 2013On Saturday, the YMCA will be hosting the 2nd annual Frozen 5K walk/run.
The race will send runners from the YMCA onto the bike trail along County Road 1, weaving on city roads by the YMCA and back through the back entrance of the YMCA.
Preregistration for the event is $20 or $25 the day of the event. Runners can register at the YMCA or online at www.fergusfallsymca.org
Registration for the even will begin at 8 a.m. with the race following at 9 a.m.
All proceeds for the even will go to the Annual Giving Campaign, which provides financial assistance/scholarships for youth, adults and families so that these individuals can participate in Y Memberships and Programs.
