Viking girls wrangle Cowgirls 66-51

PELICAN RAPIDS — The Viking girls were able to get back to their winning ways Friday as they topped visiting Breckenridge 66-51.

Mackenzie Korf had a great game for Pelican Rapids scoring 18 points, dishing out seven assists and pulling down seven boards.

Teammates Madison Korf (14), Kendra Weinrich (12) and Lincoln Haiby (10) were also in double figures.

The Vikings will be back in action Saturday as they travel to Concordia-Moorhead to take on the Underwood Rockets in a 2 p.m. showdown.
