The cold temperatures Thursday didn’t stop Mailman Larry Kugler from making his routes around Fergus Falls. Temperatures were below zero all day Thursday, and reached a low of 22-below zero. Area residents were expected to get a reprieve from the cold snap Friday afternoon.
