Knights get 10th win over Royalton

BARRETT — The West Central Area boys picked up their 10th victory of the season as they defeated Royalton 53-47.

After holding a 12 point lead at the break, the Knights saw the Royals mount a late comeback. Royalton was unable to get over the hump as they fell on the road.

Austin Redepenning led the Knights with 17 points, while Drew Peterson dropped in 13 for West Central. Jay Zimmerman was able to pick up a double-double in the victory with 10 points and 10 boards.

The Knights will be on the road Tuesday as they take on No. 7 (Class A) Browerville in a 6 p.m. showdown.
