Nicole attended Northwestern College in St.Paul, where she received her BS in Christian Education Ministries and a double minor in Intercultural Studies and Bible. She most recently worked at Northwestern College in the Admissions Department.

Paul attended NDSU graduating with a double major in Plant Protection and Crop and Weed Sciences. He is presently working at CMC in West Fargo.

An April 6, 2013 wedding is planned at Bethel Church in Fargo.
