EMT training starts Tuesday [UPDATED]

Those seeking a career as an emergency Medical Technician can start classes tonight in Fergus Falls.breakfast

EMS Training, a service of RWF Enterprises, is providing the classes, as part of a collaborative effort between Stevens County Ambulance and Ringdahl Ambulance Services.

Classes, which start Feb. 5, meet Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Ringdahl Ambulance Training Center, 214 East Junius Ave., Fergus Falls.

Cost for the course is $1,100, which includes tuition, books and lab fees for the Heart & Lung Lab, Cadaver Lab and Extrication Lab, and final written and practical exams fees and the National Registry written exam fee.
