Knights fall to Thunder 52-38

LONG PRAIRIE — The West Central Area girls could not overcome a slow start as the Long Prairie/Grey Eagle Thunder topped the visiting Knights 52-38.

Holly Van Kampen led the Knights with 19 tallies, while Tiana Christenson chipped in eight points in the game.

The Knights will look to end a five game drought Friday as they play the first game of a girl/boy double-header against Swanville. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m.
