A car backed into a yellow pole in the Fergus Falls Post Office Wednesday afternoon.

The vehicle was a white Chevy pickup truck.

The damage to the pole is estimated at about $150.

Authorities were not able to identify the suspect or the license plate of the vehicle from surveillance video.

House fire in Wadena

The Otter Tail Sheriff’s office received a call of a house fire on County Highway 75 Wednesday.

The Bluffington and Wadena Fire Departments were called to the scene. A female who was at the home sleeping believed candle started the fire.

The house and contents were a total loss. The Red Cross was notified to assist the victims.
