School board should listen to the people [UPDATED]

Less than 3 months after a national election, the superintendent and school board are trying to change the results of that election by reducing the price by 10 percent and telling the tax payers that they should pay for another election because they were not happy with the results of the last one.
They will say it is well within their legal right to do so, which I’m sure they have researched. To this I will say just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
The school board is bragging how they reduced the price by $700,000, but let’s not forget that it is still $5.47 million and the school board talks as though it was $50.
Please ask yourself if you want to pay for a special election less than five months after the national election, and whether $5.47 million is a lot of money or a drop in the bucket.
It is really sad when the school board we elected feel the people that elected them don’t know what’s best.
Try going into your job tomorrow and tell your boss that he or she doesn’t know best and see how long you have a job.

Is there a recall process to remove school board members who disregard the will of the voters and then stick their thumbs in the eyes of the voters with this kind of arrogant disregard for the people they are elected to SERVE, not to enslave and burden with unwanted and unnecessary taxes.
If there is such a process, let’s get er in gear.
