DWIs [UPDATED]

The following were convicted of DWI in Otter Tail County Feb. 4:

• Mark Adrian Johnson, 63, of Battle Lake was convicted of a gross misdemeanor DWI, following an incident on Dec. 21, when he was pulled over by an Otter Tail County Sheriff’s deputy. He was sentenced to a year in the Otter Tail County Jail, which was stayed for six years.

• Chad Matthew Munson, 40, of Perham, was pulled over Aug. 25, by Perham Police with a .20 alcohol concentration. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for 34 days served. Munson has three DWI convictions in Wisconsin.

• Kristin Elizabeth Bellamy, 41, of Underwood, was sentenced to 180 days in jail. She was stopped by an Otter Tail County Sheriff’s deputy on Nov. 2, with an alcohol concentration of .13. Bellamy had a prior conviction in 2008.
