Do you need help with your heat or electric bills? Applications are still available for the 2012-2013 Energy Assistance Program. Help is available for all heating types.

Assistance is based on household income for the past 3 months, previous year’s heat costs and number of people in the household. Grants will range from $100 to $1,200.

Applications are available through the Mahube-Otwa Community Action Partnership for help. Income eligible residents of Becker, Mahnomen, Hubbard, Otter Tail and Wadena counties who have not already applied this heating season should apply for help. For help in Fergus Falls, call 218-739-3011.
