Radioshack dealer earns franchisee of the year award [UPDATED]
Published 6:28am Tuesday, February 12, 2013 Updated 8:32am Tuesday, February 12, 2013Steve Andres, along with his parents Jim and Carol Andres, was recognized recently with RadioShack’s 2012 Franchisee of the Year award during RadioShack’s annual business summit in Fort Worth.
“We honored Steve and his family as our Franchisee of the Year to celebrate that the way they do business truly reflects and embodies RadioShack’s core values,” said Martin Amschler, vice president of franchise for RadioShack Corp. “Steve and his team understand the value of providing great customer service and how that can set you apart from your local competitors. It starts with knowing your customers and what they want, and then getting the right merchandise and services in place to deliver on those customers’ needs.
The family together owns seven total Design Electronics stores, with Minnesota locations in Little Falls, Long Prairie, Fergus Falls, Morris, Alexandria and Ortonville, and an additional location in Milbank, S.D.
