The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners:

1. Called to order the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners meeting at 9:30 AM.

2. Approved payment of the County Board bills as follows:

3. Approved Otter Tail County Resolution No. 2013-13. (Salary reimbursement for Probation
officers)

4. Requested that all available Commissioners attend the Conservation Committee meeting at the Prairie Wetlands on January 30, 2013 at 7:00 PM.

5. Appointed Ward Uggerud to the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment.

6. Approved 1 Tobacco License .

7. Approved with no waiting period the LG220 Application for Exempt Permit as submitted by the Boys and Girls Club of Detroit Lakes for an event scheduled for Sunday, March 24, 2013 at The Cactus located at 43521 Fort Thunder Road in Perham Township.

8. Approved as requested by Diane Thorson, Public Health Director, the issuance of County credit cards to the following employees:
Michelle Fronning, Support Staff
$1,000.00 Monthly Limit
Patsy Nelson, Patients Accounts
$5,000.00 Monthly Limit

9. Approved 6 Human Services contracts.

10. Approved the Human Services Bills and Claims as presented.

11. Authorized the appropriate County Officials’ signatures on the Final Settlement Agreement and Pierringer release regarding the Chemical Dependency Treatment Facility.

12. Approved hiring of a Paralegal in the County Attorney’s Department to replace a vacant support staff position.
