Award-winning artist to visit Fergus Falls [UPDATED]

Grammy-award winning artist Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience will be performing at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at A Center for the Arts in downtown Fergus Falls.primitive

For more than two decades Simien, an eighth-generation Louisiana Creole, has been shattering the myths about what his indigenous Creole Zydeco music is and is not.

Incorporating diverse music styles, Simien creates a hypnotic blend of Zydeco-roots-New Orleans funk-reggae-flavored-Afro-Caribbean-world music.

General seating tickets are $18 for adults and $5 for children/students.

For more information or tickets, call AC4TA at 218-998-ARTS (2787) or visit www.FergusArts.org.
