DWI convictions [UPDATED]

The following were convicted of DWI in Otter Tail County District Court Feb. 11:recommend

• Mark Allen Armstrong, 41, was sentenced Tuesday to 365 days in the Otter Tail County jail for one count of DWI.

Armstrong was arrested on Dec. 15 with a blood alcohol reading of .17. 355 days of Armstrong’s sentence have been stayed for 6 years, and he will spend that time on unsupervised probation monitored by the Otter Tail County Probation office.
