Edward Lester Kiphuth, 48, of Fergus Falls, was sentenced Thursday to 365 days in the Otter Tail County Jail for one count of DWI.
Kiphuth was arrested on Jan. 25 with a blood alcohol reading of .23. 325 days of Kiphuth’s sentence have been stayed for 6 years, and he will spend that time on supervised probation monitored by the Otter Tail County Probation office. Kiphuth has a prior DWI conviction from May 2010.
