A daughter, Freya Jo, was born Feb. 1, 2013, to Shane and Kayla Bowe of Bemidji. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 20.25 inches long. Grandparents are Jon and Vickie Thompson of Pelican Rapids, Don and Rene’ McKercher of Bemidji, and Mike and Dawn Bowe of Kelliher.

Great-grandparents are Sylvia Thompson of Pelican Rapids, Gene and Marlene Sand of Redwood Falls, and Lois Bowe of Kelliher.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Finnegan.
