Masloski propels Rockets past Hornets

UNDERWOOD – The Underwood girls basketball team were led to a 64-54 win over Highway 210 rival Henning with a double-double by Carly Masloski.

Masloski put in 20 points and pulled down 15 boards for the Rockets. Kaitlyn Holen added 15 points and six rebounds to help secure the victory.

Casey Haugdahl led the Hornets with 15 points, while teammate Megan Richter chipped in 14 tallies of her own.

The Rockets travel to Bertha-Hewitt on Thursday to face the Bears in a 7:30 p.m. tilt, while the Hornets will close out their regular season Thursday as they travel to take on the Rothsay Tigers in a 7:30 p.m. game.
