An accident was reported at Barrel of Fun in Perham Tuesday.
A forklift operator turned a corner and ran into some boxes at approximately 6:30 p.m.
The boxes fell on a female employee, and she was taken by ambulance to Perham Health.
Injuries and the condition of the employee were unknown as of Thursday.
