Parkers Prairie, Ada-Borup take top seeds in Section 6A

The Section 6A playoff bracket was announced with the Parkers Prairie Panthers claiming the top seed in the section.

Number two seeded Underwood and third seeded Brandon-Evansville will receive first round byes.

The tournament will kick off Monday with ninth seeded Hillcrest on the road against Little Eight rival Rothsay and area teams Battle Lake (seventh seed) hosting Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley and ninth seeded Ashby traveling to take on eighth seeded West Central Area at 7 p.m. with winners advancing to Thursday.

The Henning Hornets (fourth seed) and New York Mills Eagles (sixth seed) will play Thursday, Feb. 28 against Hancock and Norman County West, respectively.

Both games are slated for 7 p.m. start times
