Vernon Ostrom, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at his home. A memorial service is planned at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Faith Lutheran Church in Evansville, with the Rev. Carol Olson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Grove Cemetery in Evansville.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Glende-Nilson Funeral Home of Evansville is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials preferred to the Pioneer Heritage Conservation Trust.
