Comet boys ground Falcons in 62-54 road victory

The Hillcrest Comets picked up their third straight victory Saturday as they topped the Park Christian Falcons 62-54.

The Comets were able to find their groove early on and took a 29-20 lead into the break.

Jake Isaac led the Comet shooters with 17 points on the evening, while teammates Daniel Nersten (15), Dalton Tostenson (14) and Calveti Nyabingi (10) were all in double figures in the win.

The Comets will close out their home season Tuesday as they host FAIR school at 6 p.m.
