Otters get CLC road win over Storm 60-45

SAUK RAPIDS – The Fergus Falls boys were able to claim a 60-46 Central Lakes Conference victory over the hosting Sauk Rapids- Rice Storm Monday.

Fergus was able to work their underneath game most of the evening as starting posts Reece Johnson and Mike Millard were in double figures with 14 and 13 points, respectively. Jackson McAllister chipped in 10 marks for the Otters in the win.

With the win the Otters move into a tie for second place in the conference with Rocori. Both teams have one conference game to play with Fergus taking on No. 8 (Class AAAA) and CLC champ Brainerd and Rocori traveling to Alexandria. Both games are on Friday.

The Otters will have one last road test as they travel to take on the Perham Yellowjackets in a 7:30 p.m. Thursday night showdown.
