‘LR Review’ seeks work for annual publication [UPDATED]

The Lake Region Writers Network seeks the best poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction for it’s annual publication, Lake Region Review 3.

The submission deadline is June 1, 2013.

The Lake Region Writers Network is a volunteer organization that cultivates writers and celebrates fine writing from and about rural Minnesota and the eastern Dakotas. Guidelines and submission information are available on the Network’s website: www.lakeregionwriters.net

Athena Kildegaard, an instructor at the the University of Minnesota, Morris, is the publication’s Editor-in-Chief.

The magazine’s Managing Editor is Luke Anderson of Battle Lake.

“Lake Region Review 3” will be released in early October during the Network’s Fall Writers Conference held at M-State in Fergus Falls.

It will be distributed to all public libraries in the region and available for sale in local independent book stores as well as local art fairs and reading events throughout the year.
