Brandon-Evansville 58, Battle Lake 40 [UPDATED]

The Battle Lake girls basketball team could not overcome double digit scoring from four Brandon-Evansville players Thursday night, falling to the Chargers, 58-40.

Leading the Battlers in scoring was Carly VanWatermulen with 14 and Katie Rilla with 10.

The Battlers will visit Hancock for a non-conference game next Tuesday night.
