A much-needed workshop will be presented in Fergus Falls March 14 and will be brought to the area by the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), local Chambers of Commerce, WorkForce Center partners and economic developers.

Ted Schick, a well-known humorist and corporate trainer, will delight you with critical information and hints on how to find the best of the best and keep them happy and engaged.

The challenge for every employer is to both recruit and retain the talent that best matches the labor needs of the organization. How do we get them? How do we get the ones we want? Then, how do we keep them?

This engaging, entertaining and must-attend two-hour workshop will examine both recruiting and retaining the best employees for your organization. Participants will learn:

Locally, the workshop will open with registration at 7:30 a.m., with breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Bigwood Event Center in Fergus Falls.
