A vehicle was found stalled along I-94 Monday morning, according to Fergus Falls police. A tow truck came to tow the vehicle, which appeared to be empty, but while the tow truck driver unhooked the vehicle after having towed it to town, he noticed a foot inside, police said; the driver was sleeping inside.

The State Patrol and Fergus Falls police responded to the call.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 20-year-old Fargo man was the person inside.

He was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and no Minnesota driver’s license.

He was taken to Otter Tail County Jail.

The vehicle was taken to Beyer’s and the owner of the vehicle was contacted.
