Court update [UPDATED]

• Lisa Marie Rossum, 47, of Ashby, was charged Feb. 22 with fourth degree assault of a peace officer, a gross misdemeanor, and obstructing the legal process-interfering with a peace officer, a gross misdemeanor.
• Kevin Charles Krause, 56, of Ottertail, was convicted Monday for gross misdemeanor DWI-operating a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, which occurred July 1, 2012. He was sentenced Monday in Otter Tail County Court to serve 30 days in jail starting March 25. The sentence of 365 days in jail included 335 days stayed for six years.
• Dillon Paul Barry, 22, of Fergus Falls, was convicted Monday for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-GM-subsequent violation, which occurred Oct. 24, 2012. He was sentenced Monday in Otter Tail County Court to 180 days in jail, with 175 days stayed for two years, and credit for five days served. He was also sentenced to a $300 fine with $200 stayed until Feb. 25, 2015.�
